Supervision
Odyssey Supervision allows officers to manage caseloads, create conditions and monitor compliance, collect fees, maintain a
chronological narrative of the case, and produce letters, forms, and court documents.
After sentencing, a probationer’s case, sentence, and terms and conditions are electronically accessed by probation staff to
speed the intake process. Intake staff use Odyssey Supervision to assign probation officers, automatically assess probation
fees, and produce any needed intake documents using the embedded Microsoft Word forms processing engine.
Officers and staff can monitor and track compliance with programs, and record chronological case narratives during the life
of the probation case. If a probationer’s appearance changes during the term of probation, a new digital mugshot can be
associated with the case.
Extensive reporting options include officer caseload reporting, forthcoming probation terminations, probationer bookings, and
state activity reporting.
Because it’s integrated with the rest of the Odyssey Justice Suite, probation officers have access to court documents and data,
jail activity, warrants, bonds, financial records, and a complete history of local activity.
